Plain-English Summary: This policy explains responsible platform use, prohibited conduct, AI-assisted feature limits, and Avyqor's security-minded approach. 1. Responsible Use Users must use Avyqor lawfully, responsibly, and only for authorized business purposes. 2. Prohibited Uses Users may not: - Upload malware or harmful code - Attempt unauthorized access - Bypass security controls - Access another organization's data - Harass, threaten, or discriminate - Send unlawful or unauthorized messages - Upload content they do not have rights to use - Misrepresent worker, applicant, client, or billing records - Use Avyqor for illegal activity - Violate labor, privacy, healthcare, transportation, tax, licensing, or insurance rules - Use AI outputs as final decisions without human review 3. AI-Assisted Features Avyqor may use AI to summarize information, review photos, draft WorkProof Reports, suggest assignments, summarize applicants, draft messages, identify missing documents, flag issues, or support productivity. 4. Human Review Required AI outputs are advisory. Important actions should be reviewed by an authorized human before they are approved, sent, applied, or relied on. 5. AI Must Not Be Used To AI must not be used as the sole basis to: - Hire, reject, approve, or classify workers - Make medical decisions - Determine legal work eligibility - Determine background check outcomes - Approve compliance status - Send SMS broadcasts without consent and approval - Send invoices without review - Send WorkProof Reports without review - Process payouts without approval 6. Accuracy and Limitations AI-generated summaries, quality notes, applicant summaries, draft reports, and recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate. Users are responsible for review and correction. 7. Sensitive Information Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive data into AI workflows. Healthcare, financial, legal, and employment-related information should be handled carefully. 8. Security Approach Avyqor is designed with a security-minded foundation for organizations managing work records, worker data, applicant data, photos, documents, reports, billing, and communications. 9. Authentication Avyqor may use secure authentication methods, including email/password and third-party sign-in providers such as Google or Microsoft where enabled. 10. Role-Based Access Access may be limited by role, organization, and permissions. Owners and admins are responsible for managing users and removing access when needed. 11. Organization Data Separation Avyqor is designed so users can access only the data they are authorized to view within their organization. 12. Secure File Handling Documents, photos, and reports should be stored in private areas and accessed through controlled or signed links where appropriate. 13. Audit Logs Important actions such as approvals, status changes, document updates, report generation, billing events, SMS events, and user changes may be logged. 14. Payment Security Payment processing is handled by third-party providers such as Stripe. Avyqor should not store full payment card numbers. 15. Vulnerability Reporting Security concerns may be reported to contact@ealimitless.com. Please include the affected page or feature and steps to reproduce if applicable. 16. No Absolute Guarantee No system is completely secure. Customers should manage user access carefully, train staff, follow good security practices, and report concerns promptly. 17. Enforcement Avyqor may suspend or restrict accounts that misuse the platform, violate policies, create legal risk, create security risk, or interfere with service reliability. 18.
