Plain-English Summary: This page explains how Avyqor supports applicant intake, worker management, document uploads, onboarding, communication, and contractor classification disclaimers. 1. Applicant Portal Organizations may use Avyqor to create application pages where applicants can submit information, upload documents, provide availability, list skills, and consent to communication. 2. Talent Pool Talent Pool helps organizations collect applications, review candidates, request documents, manage onboarding, track applicant status, and convert approved applicants into worker profiles. 3. Applicant Information Applicants may be asked to provide name, phone, email, location, work experience, industry interests, skills, availability, documents, certifications, licenses, and other application-related information. 4. Document Uploads Applicants and workers may upload documents such as resumes, driver's licenses, insurance, W-9/I-9 forms, certifications, licenses, CDL records, CPR cards, HIPAA training records, and other files. 5. Document Upload Consent By uploading documents, applicants and workers authorize the organization to review those documents for application, onboarding, compliance, work assignment, and operational purposes. 6. Background Check Consent Placeholder Organizations may request background checks as part of review or onboarding. Additional disclosures and authorization may be required before any background check is initiated. Avyqor does not make background check decisions. 7. Worker Profiles Approved applicants may be converted into worker profiles. Worker profiles may include contact details, skills, availability, work history, compliance records, assignments, documents, and communication history. 8. Communication With Applicants and Workers Applicants and workers may receive SMS, email, or in-app messages about applications, onboarding, missing documents, interviews, scheduling, work assignments, compliance reminders, and account updates where consent has been collected. 9. No Employment Relationship With Avyqor Avyqor does not employ applicants, workers, contractors, drivers, caregivers, cleaners, technicians, or other users. Any work relationship is between the organization and the individual. 10. No Hiring Decisions Avyqor does not make hiring, rejection, onboarding, compensation, eligibility, licensing, credentialing, or staffing decisions. Organizations are responsible for all such decisions. 11. Contractor Classification Disclaimer Avyqor does not determine whether a worker is an employee, independent contractor, subcontractor, vendor, agent, volunteer, or any other classification. 12. Organization Responsibility Each organization is responsible for labor laws, tax laws, wage and hour rules, insurance, licensing, background check requirements, credential verification, worker classification, contracts, and compliance obligations. 13. Applicant and Worker Responsibility Applicants and workers are responsible for submitting accurate information, keeping records current, and complying with organization policies. 14. Payouts and Payments If payout tracking or future contractor payout features are enabled, Avyqor may help record or support payment workflows. Avyqor does not guarantee payment unless expressly agreed in writing. Organizations are responsible for wage, tax, and payment compliance. 15. Photo and Media Records Workers may upload photos or media as part of work documentation. Organizations are responsible for ensuring appropriate consent and use of such media. 16.
