1. Information Avyqor May Collect

2. Account and Organization Data
This may include names, emails, phone numbers, organization names, business addresses, roles, industry selections, plan details, settings, authentication records, and billing metadata.
3. Worker and Applicant Data
Talent Pool and worker management features may collect names, contact details, experience, skills, availability, certifications, licenses, resumes, insurance documents, W-9/I-9 records, consent records, onboarding status, background check placeholders, notes, and communication history.
4. Client and Work Data
Organizations may store client names, contact details, service addresses, work orders, work history, notes, checklists, photos, WorkProof Reports, invoice records, payment metadata, and client portal records.
5. Photos, Documents, and Media
Users may upload photos, documents, certifications, licenses, compliance files, resumes, proof-of-work images, and other records. Organizations are responsible for ensuring they have permission to upload, store, share, and use these files.
6. Location Data
Location data may be collected when users check in, check out, confirm arrival, use route features, or create proof-of-service records. Location data may include coordinates, timestamps, geofence results, and related work order records.
7. SMS and Email Data
Avyqor may store phone numbers, email addresses, message content, delivery status, consent records, opt-out status, timestamps, and related workflow information.
8. Payment and Subscription Data
Payment and subscription information may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. Avyqor does not store full payment card numbers.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Avyqor may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, user preferences, analytics, performance, and product improvement.
10. Analytics and Usage Data
Avyqor may collect usage data to understand onboarding, feature adoption, errors, performance, plan limits, and product improvements. Sensitive document content, protected health information, and full message bodies should not be used for analytics.

Information may be used to provide the platform, authenticate users, manage organizations, process payments, send notifications, generate reports, support workflows, enforce plan limits, improve features, troubleshoot issues, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

Organizations generally decide what data is entered into Avyqor and why. Avyqor processes data to provide the platform and related services. Organizations are responsible for understanding their own legal obligations.
15. Data Retention
Data may be retained as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, support audit logs, maintain backups, and preserve business records.
16. Data Export and Deletion
Where available, organizations may export or request deletion of certain data. Deletion may be limited by legal, billing, security, audit, backup, or operational retention needs.
17. Data Security
Avyqor is designed with organization data separation, role-based access, private file handling, audit logs, and secure authentication patterns. No system can guarantee absolute security.
18. User Choices
Users may update account information, manage communication settings, reply STOP to opt out of SMS, manage cookies in browser settings, and contact us with privacy questions.
19. Children
Avyqor is not intended for children under 13 or users under the age required by applicable law.
