Rules for using Avyqor, including accounts, organizations, subscriptions, billing, WorkProof Reports, client portals, Talent Pool, payments, refunds, cancellations, and user responsibilities.

Plain-English Summary: These Terms explain how organizations, users, workers, applicants, clients, and administrators may use Avyqor.
1. About Avyqor
Avyqor is a software platform operated by EA Limitless LLC. Avyqor helps organizations manage scheduling, work orders, workers, applicants, clients, WorkProof Reports, compliance records, communications, approvals, billing, and operational workflows.
2. Agreement to These Terms
By accessing or using Avyqor, you agree to these Terms. If you use Avyqor on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
3. Organizations and User Accounts
Organizations may create workspaces in Avyqor. Organization owners and administrators are responsible for account setup, user access, roles, billing, settings, data, and compliance obligations.
4. User Roles and Access
Avyqor may support owners, admins, managers, workers, applicants, clients, and other users. Access may vary by role, organization, permissions, and selected plan. Users must not access data they are not authorized to view.
5. Platform Features
Avyqor may include scheduling, work order management, worker management, client management, WorkProof Reports, Talent Pool, applicant intake, GPS check-in/check-out, photo uploads, compliance tracking, SMS/email communication, AI-assisted features, reporting, invoicing, billing, and integrations.
6. Work Orders and Scheduling
Organizations are responsible for creating accurate work records, assigning workers appropriately, managing schedules, updating statuses, and reviewing completion details.
7. WorkProof Reports
WorkProof Reports help organizations document work using information such as assigned worker, timestamps, GPS status, checklists, photos, notes, quality summaries, approvals, and invoice status. Reports should be reviewed before being sent to clients.
8. Client Portals and Client Records
If client portal features are enabled, organizations are responsible for controlling what clients can view, including reports, invoices, work history, service notes, and related documents.
9. Talent Pool and Applicant Workflows
Avyqor may allow organizations to collect applications, review applicants, request documents, communicate with candidates, track onboarding, and convert approved applicants into workers. Avyqor does not employ applicants or make hiring decisions.
10. Billing, Subscriptions, and Plan Limits
Paid plans may renew automatically unless canceled. Plans may include limits for users, workers, work orders, applicants, campaigns, SMS messages, AI reviews, storage, industries, and add-ons. Customers are responsible for monitoring usage and plan limits.
11. Add-Ons and Usage-Based Features
Some features may be sold as add-ons, including Talent Pool, extra applicants, extra campaigns, SMS bundles, AI review bundles, extra workers, advanced automations, custom branding, or future integrations.
12. Payments and Invoices
Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe. Avyqor does not store full card numbers. Customers are responsible for accurate billing information and timely payment.
13. Refunds and Cancellations
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but may not automatically delete organization data.
14. Third-Party Integrations
Avyqor may integrate with third-party services such as Supabase, Stripe, Twilio, Resend, OpenAI, Google Maps or Mapbox, analytics providers, and future tools. Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies.
15. Customer Data Responsibility
Organizations are responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and appropriateness of the data they enter or upload, including client information, worker data, applicant data, documents, photos, notes, and billing records.
16. No Professional Advice
Avyqor does not provide legal, tax, labor, insurance, medical, credentialing, hiring, transportation, or compliance advice. Organizations should consult qualified professionals when needed.
17. Service Changes and Availability
Avyqor may update, modify, add, suspend, or remove features. We work to maintain reliable service, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
18. Account Suspension or Termination
Avyqor may suspend or terminate access if there is non-payment, misuse, unlawful activity, security risk, policy violation, or other platform abuse.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avyqor and EA Limitless LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform.
