Avyqor does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical judgment, care planning, medication guidance, or emergency services.
3. Not a Medical Device
Avyqor is not intended to be used as a medical device or clinical decision support system.
4. No Clinical Decision-Making
AI-assisted features, notes, checklists, summaries, reports, and recommendations must not be used for clinical diagnosis, treatment, medication decisions, triage, emergency response, or patient care decisions.
5. No Credentialing Verification
Avyqor may help store or track documents such as licenses, CPR cards, certifications, or training records, but Avyqor does not independently verify credentials unless a configured third-party integration is used.
6. HIPAA Responsibility
Organizations subject to HIPAA or similar privacy laws are responsible for determining whether their use of Avyqor is appropriate, whether a Business Associate Agreement is required, and what safeguards must be implemented.
7. Protected Health Information
Organizations should avoid storing protected health information unless appropriate legal, contractual, security, and compliance controls are in place.
8. Worker and Caregiver Records
Avyqor may support operational records for caregivers or healthcare workers, including availability, assignments, compliance documents, training records, and visit-related notes.
9. Family or Client Communication
Organizations are responsible for determining what information may be shared with clients, family members, guardians, or other authorized parties.
10. Emergency Situations
Avyqor is not an emergency response tool. Users should call emergency services when needed.
11. AI Limitations
