SMS Consent Users, workers, and applicants should receive SMS only where consent has been collected or where the organization is responsible for obtaining appropriate consent. 4. SMS Consent Language By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive transactional text messages from the organization and Avyqor related to applications, onboarding, scheduling, reminders, account updates, work assignments, document requests, and service notifications. Message Logs Avyqor may store message content, delivery status, sender, recipient, timestamp, opt-in status, opt-out status, and related workflow records for operational and compliance purposes. 9. Organization Responsibility Organizations using Avyqor are responsible for using communications lawfully, collecting required consent, honoring opt-outs, and avoiding inappropriate or unauthorized messages. 10. Location Features Avyqor may support GPS check-in, GPS check-out, route preview, geofence validation, timekeeping support, and proof-of-service documentation. 11. When Location May Be Collected Location may be collected when a user checks in, checks out, confirms arrival, confirms completion, uses route features, or performs work-related actions that require location validation. 12. Purpose of Location Data Location data may be used to verify arrival, confirm completion, support WorkProof Reports, reduce disputes, assist scheduling, support time records, and improve operational visibility. 13. Worker Notice and Consent Organizations are responsible for notifying workers and obtaining required consent before using location features. Avyqor should not be used as hidden surveillance software. 14. No Hidden Tracking By default, location features should be tied to disclosed work-related actions. Any background tracking, if later enabled, must require clear disclosure and appropriate consent. 15. Location Records Avyqor may store coordinates, timestamps, geofence results, work order references, device/browser metadata, and manual review notes. 16. Manual Review If GPS is unavailable, inaccurate, or outside a geofence, organizations may use manual review workflows and internal policies. 17.
